| Pantsula dance group, Real Actions, from Orange Farm Extension 4 in Gauteng, was established in 1992 by Sello Reuben Modiga to empower creative minds. They consider themselves 'the real thing', with their one-of-a-kind take on Pantsula and their own aspirations setting them apart from the rest. Recognising the talent amongst the Orange Farm youth, the Real Actions look to invest time in them and to help create opportunities in arts and culture. They believe that a positive impact on their community through their passion for dance will bring back the spirit of 'ubuntu'. Sibusiso Mthembu, a member of Real Actions, says: "Pantsula has taught me discipline that has helped me stay away from drugs, alcohol and crime." The crew, popular for their brightly coloured outfits and well-timed Pansula antics, have danced in many road shows, festivals and appeared in a few TV commercials; including the Diski Dance advert for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. |
| Lyle Beniga was born and raised in the Metro-Washington DC area. During his studies at the University of Maryland pursuing a degree in Engineering, Lyle discovered his passion for dance and joined Culture Shock, a non-profit hip hop dance troupe dedicated to dance education and outreach to diverse communities. Within only two years of training, Lyle stepped up from being a dancer to choreographer and instructor, teaching at studios and workshops all over Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. He also co-founded a local crew, Beatseekerz, which gained much recognition in the underground scene for it's innovative song selection and choreography. In August 2006, Lyle relocated to Los Angeles. He has since appeared in music videos for Taiwanese Pop Artist, Vanness, and Korean Pop Artist, Shim Mina. He also was a 2006-cast member for "Monsters of Hip Hop: The Show", which showcases the best up-and-coming talent in the business. Trained in many different styles, including Popping, B-Boying, Locking, and House, Lyle has his own personal style of choreography and freestyle. |

Mr Wiggles is a South Bronx Puerto Rican born raised on HIP HOP since the early 70's. Learned all his HIP HOP crafts in the harsh streets of the Bronx. WRITING (graffiti), ROCKIN (vertical style dance done by many Latinos in the 70's), BREAKIN/BBOYIN (involves Top Rock, Footwork and Freezes), MCin (what is now known as RAP), POPPIN (robotic dance style created in Fresno CA.), LOCKIN (dance style created in LA made popular by Rerun on TV show What's happening), BEAT MAKER (HIP HOP music producer) Wiggles is a proud member of three major forces in HIP HOP and Funk Styles culture "Rock Steady Crew", the "Electric Boogaloos" and "Zulu Nation". Mr Wiggles started his career as a dancer by battling throughout the tuff streets of New York city, and eventually throughout the world. Wiggles built his reputation as a battler, and eventually took his skills to major stages all around the world including Europe, South America, Asia, Middle East, Canada, and on the great stages of Broadway. Wiggles has also been credited with two important movies that helped established HIP HOP "Beat Street" and "Wild Style". Wiggles is still learning his crafts till this day, and will remain a true student of the culture till the day he dies. wiggles is married to his beautiful wife Zoraya Clemente, and has 6 incredible children, Unico, Alexandra, Talib, Ammar, Atiya, and Zamaria (I know that's allot of kids but he is Puerto Rican so what did you expect). |

| Believe that Javier vogued his way out of the womb, although his formal education in dance began at the age of 6, when he auditioned for and was selected to be in The New Ballet School. Throughout his instruction Javier experimented with many different styles of dance. In 2002 his life changed forever when he started going to underground house clubs in NYC. It was there he met the Legendary Mother Willi Ninja and Father Benny Ninja. Five and a half years later Javier was ready for the "The Ballroom". Not only was his life forever transformed, so was the ballroom. His first win was at the Willi Ninja & Kevin Omni Ball in 2005 for New Way Vogue. Soon after came wins at The ICON, The Latex, and P.O.C.C Balls, just to name a few. Javier has held the House Dance International title "CHAMPION of the YEAR" for 3 years consecutively. He has performed solos and with the House of Ninja in showcases all over the world, most notably the original "off Broadway" House of Ninja production, The East is Red, and he has also guest starred on America's Next Top Model with Tyra Banks and his mentor Father Benny Ninja. His most recent accomplishments consist of a performance at the 2010 world competition Juste DeBout in Paris and he is also featured in the newly released documentary Flow Affair. |
| Jillian Meyers grew up dancing in Portland Oregon. There she trained in all styles of dance with teachers Erin Lee, Michelle Mckinney, Candalee Wrede, Diana Redding and Sarah Riggles. In 2004 she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her aspiration of becoming a professional dancer. During her time there she has become a member of Mark Meismer's company, "Evolution". She has also been an assistant to Brian Friedman, Tovaris Wilson, Mia Michaels and Mandy Moore on the hit show, "So You Think You Can Dance". Since 2006 she has been fortunate to be a lead dancer for performing artist Janet Jackson. Over the past two years she has been involved with Janet's videos, over-sea performances and a variety of television appearances. Recently she performed alongside Wade Robson in his performance for the show, "Dancing With the Stars". She currently has just come off of Janet's, "Rock Witchu Tour". Ultimately, Jillian loves to dance and is excited by any experience related to her passion! |

| Quick is Norwegian dance crew based in Oslo. Quick was formed in 2007 by twin brothers Suleman and Bilal Malik and their childhood friend Nasir Sirikhan. A year later also b-boy Kim Daniel Eriksen joined the crew. They started dancing in 2004 and have in few years managed to become one of the most successful dance crews in Europe.They have several National, European and World Championship titles, and were also the winners of the popular TV show Norway's Got Talent in 2009. In 2010 the twins won their second gold medal at the Hip Hop World Championships as duo, while Nasir won a impressive silver medal in the solo category. Quick is constant on tour with their impressive dance shows and Hip Hop workshops around the country and now also abroad. Quick opened their own dance studio called QuickStyle Studio in 2010, and are also one of the few non-singing artists to sign a contract with a major company like Sony Music. |

She has made a name for herself in the NYC & International dance community as a performer, teacher & choreographer. Princess Lockerooo won the 2010 House Dance International Waacking competition. Lockerooo has developed & continues to develop work with Akim funk Buddha such as "Carmen, The Urban Opera." Princess Lockerooo performed Carmen in Italy at the International Festival Civitanova Danza. Princess Lockerooo & Akim Funk Buddha have performed their work at Summer Stage, The Blue Note, The Bali Spirit Festival (Indonesia) & The BAM Café (Brooklyn Academy of Music). Princess Lockerooo is head of the NYC chapter of The Imperial House of Waacking (IHOW,) founded by Tyrone Procter (Legendary Soul Train Dancer/Choreographer.) | Los Angeles born rapper producer/dancer/illustrator, Damon "Rubberband" Frost grew up in Hawaii and Berkley. The Rubberband's dance career led him to Stockholm in 1986. Subsequently it is a career that has made him respected and recognized figure in the street dance community the world over. He has toured with Jam on the Groove/Rocksteady and Sweden's most renowned street dance troupe, BouncE. Damon is also the 2004 winner of the famed Juste Debout street dance contest in the popping discipline. He has judged contest the world over including Battle of the Year Germany,U.K. B-Boy Championships,Juste Debout Paris and Sweden, Nordic Moves Finland,Funktastic Sweden,Funkin' Styles Germany,B-Boy Summit U.S. Euro Battle Portugal and the list goes on... His group with partner Aaron Phiri HEARIN'AID was also Grammy Nominated for their album "The Boom Lucy",which they won the prestigious P3GOLD radio award for in '06. Little is known how he makes his music, but sonically, it is said to resemble his dancing where the laws of elasticity are severely tested. | Ques Big Kanabalistix entered a lot of Krump competitions in Germany and did very well in them. So well, that he was approached by several organizations who wanted to work with him. Big Kanabalistix has judged at Urban Champs in Düsseldorf in 2009, Get Buck in Rotterdam 2009, Crazy Moves in Hannover in 2010 and No Rulez in Kiev in 2010.This also let to him being part in creating Up Fam, a European Krump fam that was established after the first European Buck Session in 2008. The most talented Krumpers from different countries in Europe were asked to join Up Fam. Big Kanabalistix was made the representative of Holland. Up Fam most memorable performance was together with Tight Eyez as a special performance at the second European Buck SessionIf being part of Up Fam wasn't enough, Tight Eyez asked Big Kanabalistix to create Holland Streetkingdom during European Buck Session in 23 October 2010. This great honour means that Big Kanabalistix has to find potential krumpers who are fit to be in Holland Streetkingdom, he has to train them and make sure that they are prepared for the worst at all times. Big Kanabalistix has an even busier time coming up with a lot of buck international Krump competitions to judge and workshops to give. |

| Archie Burnett, griot/guide of Check Your Body at the Door, grew up in Brooklyn in a strict Seventh Day Adventist family where dancing was forbidden. He started dancing "on the sly" when he was three-years old in front of the TV. A self-taught freestyler who didn't go to a NYC club until 1979 ("I was almost twenty!"), he invited Sally Sommer to DJ David Mancuso's Loft in 1982, which inspired the idea for Check Your Body at the Door. As a master of whacking, vogueing, hustle and many other styles, the 6'4" tall Burnett has clarity and geometric body-lines. Burnett works for NYC Transit Authority, is an avid weightlifter, graphic artist, and splits his time between work, family, clubs and teaching House dance at NYC's Peridance. He spends a good deal of the year teaching and worldwide in such places as Germany, Austria, Poland, Belgium, France, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Russia, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Italy, Japan, Brazil. He has also given lecture/demonstrations, and has been on scholarly panels Yale, Duke University, Harvard, New York University and Florida State University. He has appeared in several music videos and independent films, and besides dancing at the clubs, he also performs for concert-dance choreographers Doug Elkins, David Neumann, Cori Colinghouse, or, he has shown his own work at Dance Theater Workshop, PS122, DanceSpace, DixonPlace, 92ndStreet Y and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and Théâtre Suresnes JeanVilar in Paris. |
